Victorian Style Bone China - from the Mid 1970s thur the Mid 1990s

"Queen Victoria reigned in England for 64 years eventful years. Her serene dignity reflected in the styles and customs of the times.
The family was all important and dining together became almost a ceremony – with the tableware finely detailed and elaborated yet blending perfectly
into the atmosphere of well-ordered decorum. Victorian style bone china by Royal Albert revives these traditional values, with delicate shapes and exquisite patterns designed to enhance your table and enrich your dinning.”
Patterns included “ Bronte”, “Caroline”, “Colleen”, “Haworth”, and “ Tenderness”
This is quoted from the 1984 catalog.

Arriving - Spring 2014

Arriving - Spring 2014
WWRD’s Royal Albert brand has formed a partnership with model and entrepreneur Miranda Kerr to produce a collection of tea sets and giftware.
To be called Miranda Kerr for Royal Albert, the line is now being designed by Kerr. Specifics about the collection will be announced in the coming months, according to a statement from WWRD.
The tea sets will be made of bone china and will be geared toward the trend in high tea throughout the world. In the design, Kerr said she is taking inspiration from “my love of nature, the color palate of my garden, my travels throughout the world and fond memories spent sipping tea from my grandmother’s own Royal Albert tea set that had been passed down to her.”
Dik Delaney, creative director for Royal Albert, said the brand’s alliance with Kerr is “a partnership that we feel rejuvenates the brand and will allow us to really show people what Royal Albert is all about.”
